The Delivery Process
This is the process from order placement through delivery to your property.
Submit Your Order
Pick a product, choose the material and amount, add the delivery zip code, then select a delivery date.
Supplier Assignment
Your order is assigned to a supplier in our network.
Confirmation Details
An email will provide the confirmed delivery date and the phone number for your local supplier.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your material arrives by dump truck at your driveway or the location you designate on the property.
Delivery Day Details
Prepare Before Delivery
- Make room at the spot where the material should be unloaded
- Make sure the dump truck has a 12-foot-wide route clear of hanging branches and utility wires.
- Identify the unloading spot using a cone, flag, or another visible marker
- Being home is not required. Leave access open and provide placement directions.
- Keep your phone nearby in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation
At Delivery
- If placement needs clarification, the driver may contact you by call or text.
- The material is unloaded in a pile at the location you specified
- The usual unloading point is a driveway or accessible ground beside it
- Plan on about 10-15 minutes for the delivery

Being home for delivery
No. Provide a clear path and directions for the dump location. The driver will unload the material where you indicate.
Available order amounts
Order any quantity, from a single ton through a full multi-ton load. Use the calculator for your project size, or tell us what you need for loading.
Backyard material placement
A dump truck must have level, open ground for safe unloading. Backyard placement is possible when the truck can get there. If not, material is normally placed at the driveway or next to the street.
An order that is too large or too small
Use the calculator to estimate your material amount. Place a separate order if more is needed. For cancellations, review the refund policy.
Weekend delivery schedule
Delivery is currently offered weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Choose the date you prefer at checkout.
Order confirmation
Right away, you will get an email with your order and delivery information. We will also contact you to verify the delivery date and share the supplier's contact information.
When truck access is unavailable
Plan for a 12-foot-wide dump-truck route without hanging branches or utility wires. If the truck cannot access the site, the driver will unload at the nearest safe location. Contact us before ordering with any access concerns.
